On average, most requests are completed within three business days. However, more complex tasks may take longer—we'll keep you informed if that's the case.
If you're unsure, just describe the task as clearly as you can. We'll let you know whether it fits within the typical 3-day window. If it’s too large, we’ll break it into smaller tasks and update you along the way.
Subscribe to a monthly plan and you’ll be added to our client portal, where you can submit requests. You'll receive an email with access instructions—usually within an hour of payment.
Splash Digital is a one-man agency run by Josh, the founder. You'll work directly with me from start to finish.
No limit. You can queue up as many marketing requests as you'd like. They’ll be completed one at a time.
Yes. If you don’t plan to submit requests in the next billing cycle, you can pause your subscription at any time—just make sure to do it before your next billing date.
You can request updates or fixes for your WordPress site. If you don’t yet have a site, we’ll guide you through hosting. If you'd like us to host it for you, just let us know and we’ll make arrangements.
Clients usually submit tasks via text, Google Docs, wireframes, or screen recordings (e.g., using Loom). Whatever works best for you.
No refunds are issued, regardless of whether you've submitted a request. If you're not planning to submit tasks, we recommend pausing before your next billing cycle begins.
Absolutely. Whether you need us for a single month or a full year, you’re in control.
We offer training services to help "install" our systems into your in-house team. Let us know during your strategy call if you're interested.
We primarily communicate via your shared task board in the client portal, with occasional email. No Zoom or phone calls—except for the initial strategy call.
Please make your request reasonable. For example, it is not considered fair or reasonable to queue up one-year worth of tasks and responsibilities in your first month. If you are not sure about the scope of your task, let us know and we will help you figure it out.

I bring over a decade of experience in online education and digital marketing, with a track record of building successful online educational programs, crafting performance-based ad campaigns, and scaling offers for small business owners and solo entrepreneurs. Before founding Splash Digital, I worked as a business education coordinator and trainer at Meta, where I’ve been certified in multiple Meta marketing specializations.
